Cordova Android 1st Test

Trying Cordova to develop on android
Supports canvas pretty well
Using platform phaser.io , could have multiple touch points
Known problem
- somehow only can have 9 touch points, the 10th tp unusable
- Only ever have half resolution of native resolution
